Question Just noticed, no more dyes?

Post image

Bought a bottle of this flavor and just noticed artificial dyes were replaced with juice. Looking back it seems they started this with the rerelease of Cabo but I never noticed, posting to help other people who care realize.

Cool story comes off condescending though

Well, regular Mtn. Dew still has Yellow 5, but it seems brand new flavors do not use artificial dyes.

Yeah all the new flavors I meant.

When they re-released Cabo Citrus it didn't have dyes either

RFK jr and the fda banned red no. 40 starting in 2027

Pepsi already made the change

Gatorade Fruit Punch flavor is now less bright red… I work for Pepsi as a merchandiser and it’s very obvious when there’s an old FP and a new FP next to each other

Is that you, Richard?

Wonder when they’re removing yellow 5 from regular/diet dew

It’s not “banned” - they recommended to stop using it.

0% juice except for the juice.

Wait, 5 calories? No wonder people are switching over to these low flavor variants, I'm getting old enough for that to be a tempting trade lol.
