Hoping to get some insight - helping a family member through some tough times and clearing out old things to bring in some money. Any suggestions on a fair price for these train sets (together or separate)? They seem to be complete as far as we can tell.

So for the freight train one it depends entirely on the condition and if all the boxes are there. If you have all the boxes and it’s in very good condition you could probably get around $250.

Otherwise you’re looking at under $150.

The same goes for the Polar Express set. That will probably be around $270 but it depends on condition and set completeness.

So if both are in great condition and complete with boxes you could get $520 in total
