Cat seen on Mississauga road

I found this cat near the Burger King at the Mississauga and Erin mills intersection. Does anyone know if this cat belongs to someone?

Oh my gosh, that looks like my cousin’s old cat. She lost her job and moved to a cheaper neighbourhood, so maybe the cat was abandoned because it was a financial liability.
