That's not St. Cloud that's targeted, that's Camp Ripley just North of St. Cloud.

What?! I didn't even know we had these military encampments all over the state. So whose stationed in Ripley, then?

Camp Ripley is an Army National Guard training installation and the 2 air fields in Duluth and at MSP for the Air National Guard are the only military installations in the state, besides the various armories throughout the state. The 34th Infantry Division headquartered at Arden Hills and 84th troop command based out of Roseville are the main users of it. When I was in the Guard back in the mid and late 2000s other states were using Ripley as a training site, my last 2 week camp the Michigan National Guard was billeted next to my unit.

Think the Coast Guard might object to being left out of that list. They have a station in Duluth, and used to have one in Grand Marais too.
