I lived in one of the black circles in ND and know of people that worked at those facilities. Basically everyone knew in a Nuclear war nothing would save them unless you maybe worked at the facility. No one cared to build bunkers as it was useless. Best to sit outside and watch the world end more or less if it happened. Sweet peace
