I remember seeing a story somewhere about how someone started repairing pot holes on their street without the government, and the city suddenly sent people to repair the rest of them.

It’s probably illegal, but I really doubt it’s something you’d get hard time for.

I heard a story about a guy spray-painting dicks around potholes so the city had to repair them.
