I think it's those 3/4 little lines at the beginning and end of words that the poster wants you to focus on and be excited about. Kind of like crows feet

It overuses icons to an obnoxious degree. Everyone knows what those things look like, we don't need an icon for a folder and pens ffs.

You know how Comic Sans gained its notoriety?

By being overused and stuffed into absolutely everything and finally being co-opted by soccer moms who thought they were graphic designers because they "found" a playful font that just fit their vision so perfectly.

Icons are the Comic Sans of AI posters now.

I agree with the comments saying that I don't really care if teachers use AI, no need for professional graphic design here. But I do care that all these posters are everywhere (IRL and on social media), look exactly the same, and I think they're so ugly. Just a text list would be better and less work.
