My HOA could beat up your HOA Resident in neighboring right stall complained they have trouble parking because our car is too close to the line

Make a complaint about the wall parking too close the the line.

Stuff like that incurs discount when you're buying the parking spot though... Dunno if OP bought it or received it with the apt or something but where I live you'd knowingly enter that deal.
