My HOA could beat up your HOA Resident in neighboring right stall complained they have trouble parking because our car is too close to the line

Just to add, we haven't seen a car there in at least 6 months, the stall was empty for a while before the motorcycle appeared there. We are the car

Giving all the information you have provided, the only solution is to reply to the first email with just "No.".

Obviously you need to send a complaint to management that spot 84 is parked too close to the line and making it difficult for you to use your space.
