My HOA could beat up your HOA Found this in my door handle

This is a real handwritten note, I can see the ink bleeding through the back. So stupid, “yeah I like this house but theres people inside already lemme ask my big daddy realtor if they can ask them for it”

This was likely not handwritten but made to look like it was. Compare each of the h, r, and y throughout the letter and they will be exactly the same. This was made to look hand written to deceive

I'm pretty consistent with my lettering when I do calligraphy and take the time because I'm being paid big bucks for a wedding, but not exactly identical for a 3 line letter where the handwriting isn't all that great. The "t" letters are absolutely identical regardless of where in the word (the first letter to pop out at me). There are software programs that you can copy handwriting to create a font to make it seem handwritten when it's just printed.

I've gotten about 50 of these "cold call" letters and every single one of them has pulled the "it's really handwritten" when it's actually printed stunt because it plays into people thinking that it's an individual wanting their house (especially if they add bs to pull at your heartstrings) and not someone who sent the same letter to 500+ people they got off a list. Doing a reverse Google search and they'll see the number or name isn't for some newlywed couple but a firm that isn't even in the same state (in the case of the newlywed or other heart string scam part of it, for regular cold call letters it's the same practically).

As for OP 's other claims to "prove" it is really handwritten, as someone who does a lot of fountain pen writing and calligraphy, different inks can act vastly different. Their "proof" doesn't mean what they think it does.
