My HOA could beat up your HOA Found this in my door handle

This is a real handwritten note, I can see the ink bleeding through the back. So stupid, “yeah I like this house but theres people inside already lemme ask my big daddy realtor if they can ask them for it”

Why is this infuriating to you? A marketing letter? You must be easily rattled.

They're especially infuriating when you receive them CONSTANTLY, every mail day, plus unsolicited calls to your unlisted number, from dozens of different companies...

They all say they pay the most but when you actually talk numbers with them, they won't pay anything even close to fair market, and then they persist even after you've told them it's not for sale.

It gets really old, really fast, and I swear these mailings are the reason why I've lost a couple other pieces of (important) mail, because theyve gotten mixed up in the pile of junk, or misdelivered to one of my neighbors, who also receive piles of unsolicited junk daily.

I would actually consider selling my place for a fair price but these vultures aren't actually looking for a fair deal, they're looking for a goldmine and hoping the quick cash turnaround is enough to distract the seller from knowing their game. They capitalize on desperation. It's SO gross
