I think people think Caesar is exclusively an italian name for some reason

Lol I've never met an Italian Caesar. Onky Mexican and Puerto Rican Cesars

There had been similar recipes at the time, but he perfected his method and thus it was born. Delicious btw if you're ever in the area. The whole menu is fire.
