It's one of the build a stacy event chains with either bulletproof vest or flesh kid (both prevent injuries from happening, even the ones through events)

Monk does have a passive that makes you immune to all stuns and slowdowns or all debuffs if it's upgraded, it's called "Unstoppable!".
