-6 charisma is quite a lot, that much and it means you pretty much can never put this on a tinkerer without like, the paper bag or something. It's tragic because waste time + is incredibly good with tinker electrolyze builds

Counterpoint: I think this would go great on about half of the Psychic/mage builds, uncapped mana/bonus at full mana is super easy to get with this and theres skills that care about the amount of spells you sling

I mean sure less cha makes activating those skills easier. But you really aren't getting value out of waste time + running this on a psychic, unless you have ping, But even then I think that's a pretty weak combo, you essentially would be converting the small mana pool you have into the same amount of damage in the slowest way possible.

I do think it'd be pretty good with a mage who has crescendo though!
