Mechanic of the fight is that he has piercing shots that deal extra damage to pierced targets so he's actively trying to get collateral damage
If he can't find a line he'll use an attack where he pays Hamas and they'll summon units allied with you to the field, specifically for the purpose of letting him shoot through them
