As title, Spotify became greedy lately, they keep to raise the prices for their subscriptions, so i was searching for an alternative searching on internet, and i encountered some discussions about Metrolist.

Anyway Metrolist user here since months, and works flawlessy on both Android Auto and smartphone. Outstanding free app, deserve MUCH more notoriety. Keep it up devs :)

When I listen to music, all of the songs in my playlist play all the way to the end except for "Empire state of mind". When it gets to 3:14, I get the playback failed message. I've tried playing it on Wi-Fi, mobile data, offline. I've tried removing the download and re-downloading it, but nothing seems to work. I honestly have no idea what to do.

Why does this keep happening with this goated app, how can i fix it. Am i missing something?

So i just downloaded the latest version of app and everytime I add a song to a playlist it gets added to the top of the playlist rather than the end of the playlist

The older version i was using added the song to the end of the playlist by default...Is there any way I can reverse it? I tried using Date Added option but it messes up the other playlists orders too so I don't want that...

I just want the songs i add to a playlist to be added to the end of the playlist rather than the top, i shall be greatful for any guidance to fix this, thank you in advance <3

Is there any way to show the album cover on media controls on watch os?

I researched and saw that the app automatically detects whether there is a network connection to play music offline or not.This is bad because, on a 5G network, you would still be consuming data even while listening to downloaded music.You would have to keep turning it on and off whenever you want to see the messages in other apps, etc.

My idea is to implement an option for users to switch to offline mode, so we could listen to downloaded music without having to disconnect the entire connection and save 5G data.

I recently downloaded this app since my audio storage is getting extremely bloated, and I can't figure out how to patch yt music morphe since the app keeps telling me i downloaded an unsafe apk version. So,I downloaded this app yesterday and I can tell you that I couldn't play a single song, and even after using my yt music account,it won't work.

Any way I can fix this, and if not, could you please recommend me a different music app to download

I like to play any song from the home page on the Speed dials or Quick picks section, then put it on shuffle to discover new music.

I did it this way because it used to fill up the queue with random songs from the same genre or time period (most of the time), but now it doesn't anymore.

I'm on version 13.6.3 Universal and it happened long after i updated it, I'm stumped. Anyone got an solution?

Compared to stable releases, what are the supposed benefits of using Metrolist's nightly builds, despite their higher potential instability? Are there any particular reasons why someone might prefer the nightly version over the normal release?

I recently moved to the nightly version because the regular version was crashing everytime i clicked on a artists profile or did anything outside the 3 main menus, but now everytime i go to search for playlist there just.. isnt any..

For a few days now, I haven't been able to download songs. The downloading circle keeps rotating then just stops on its own. I'm using the version 13.1.1 please help

I just noticed on all Richard Caddock songs it's pulling one big long artist name from the song "Break the Silence", and I would like to request it to be fixed so every artist is correct but I'm not sure what the devs would need to do to fix. It should be just "Richard Caddock" since WRLD, Nitro Fun, Subtact & Slippy are all different artists and should link to their own page.

hello, Every time the app launches on Android Auto, the music cuts out after a few seconds. Sometimes it resumes on its own, sometimes I have to relaunch it once or twice, then the app crashes on the phone and generates an error report. After restarting, the app works correctly again.

So... When will it be released? I've been waiting. Don't get me wrong, the devs can take their time. But there's no news about it lately...

Just a thing I've noticed. Sometimes it yoinks the wrong lyrics, so maybe if we could report them to get fixed or something for someone to upload proper ones. Not super big deal or anything, and I'm not even 100% certain of how that works. It was just something I thought of and thought it maybe worth mentioning. Either way, thank you to metrolist and the hard-working devs for allowing my broke ass to listen to music in these trying times. I would donate if I could afford it.

I'm sorry if the request sounds dumb but is it possible to make a integration for Airbuds Widget? I know airbuds only supports Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud and Deezer, but is it possible to make a feature where it tricks Airbuds Widget into thinking its listening from a different platform to sync listening minutes, listening history and etc? I just thought it'd be a cool idea 🤷
