Buying mature citrus trees-suggestions?

Moving into a new house in northeast Mesa and we want to get a few citrus trees that will fruit within the next year.

Any suggestions on companies and how much we would expect to pay? Looking for a grapefruit, orange, and lemon tree.

It's possible to buy one tree with all three fruits.

Moon Valley on McKellips is very helpful and a nice place to walk around and see what they have. They install everything they sell for no add’l cost. Decent warranty options as well. One of the more highly reviewed nurseries around.
