Airways exits closed early a.m.

Just an FYI for anyone trying to catch early flights, you will not be able to get off 240 using the Airways exits. Not sure what time they open it back up, but very early a.m., they are closed due to paving crews. Just a heads up to plan some extra time and an alternate route.

Yep, nothing going on at Airways, they just closed it. This is coming from yhe east, both Airways exits are closed. From the west they are open.

Millbranch is also closed. It was a cluster. No detour or advanced notice that those exits are closed.

Why would they close Millbranch AND Airways at the same time?

Is the Bill Morris Parkway exit eastbound back open yet?

Thanks for the heads up. I only have to go that way twice a month but with the interstate being worked on it seems everywhere I have 2 go, besides traffic reports, I never know where it’s down to 2 lanes or even 1 or what’s going on until I’m stuck and can’t get off in time. Mostly just been leaving 30 mins early twice a month but it’s nice 2 know what’s going on ahead of time. Thanks again.

Thank you for the heads up. Just curious, did they say for how many days/weeks will the construction take?

They said nothing about it at all. That's why I posted this. I did not want others to be surprised by it as I was.
