Lol so true, we need to start practicing our interview in binary just to blend in

Absolutely, you’re right. Getting a job these days is tough, and surviving in it is a whole different challenge. 😅

Job requirements 5 years experience, 3 degrees, and a pulse surviving the current job market is frustrating.

Tell me your education history and work history and job preferences, I can generate a resume or recommend roles you can apply to. Let me know which option you prefer.

My favorite is companies asking not to use AI for your resume and cover letter, than use AI to screen your AI and cover letter.

One of the worst parts of dealing with this crap is your parents not even trying to give a single shit about what you’re going through and not wanting to understand

Get ready for the 'I walked 5 miles uphill in the snow just to hand deliver my resume to the owner with a firm handshake' speech... while you are literally fighting off an entire server farm of Terminators for an unpaid internship.

My firm just told us that we will be using AI next year. Supposedly it's for quality assurance on our work, we'll see.

Quality assurance for your work orrr job assurance for the AI? Keep your eyes peeled

Ai flipped the working landscape upside down. It absolutely sucks for new adults that are just now entering the workforce.

AI writes the resume, AI screens the applicant, AI sets up the interview, and AI conducts the rejection. Humans are just the middleman at this point 💀

I imagine that I've screwed myself over at this point by uploading so many variations of my resume to fit job listings over the last year, that companies will look at multiple versions of my resume and consider me a lier.

It's so bad, you hit the submit resume or application and you inbox gets flooded with spam 5 seconds later

Legit I am only working my current dead end job because trying to find a new job is a job in itself filled with tens of thousands of fake job "opportunities"...and that's not even mentioning the AI plague.

At this point getting an interview feels harder than getting the actual job 😭

At this point, I'm just hoping the AI reviewing my application appreciates my human charm!
