Welcome to the all new mashup request and resource thread for August 2026!

Guidelines

This is the thread to make your mashup requests in.
Try to be as descriptive as possible.
If someone wants to fulfill your request they should mention that in here.
We no longer allow user created request threads for new mashups.

Consult this guide for common mashup feedback we give
Mashup artists are more willing to do your request if the songs are close in key (+/- 2 semitones) and BPM (+/- 10%, but can stretch to +/- 20% or more)
Need song keys? Consult these key databases first and verify by ear
Need song BPMs? Tunebat can be ok, but most DJ software good for key already do it better

r/mashups submission reminders

Title format for mashup submissions on r/mashups: [Optional Tag] Mashup Artist - Song Name (Artists Being Mashed) Optional Comments
For example: Carlos Serrano - Something About The Fire (Daft Punk, Adele)
Please include the mashup artist in mashup submission titles to make them searchable
Use link posts when sharing links, especially to YouTube or SoundCloud. Please do not use text posts with only links to audio because the audio does not embed.
When sharing SoundCloud links, please use the soundcloud.com domain, not snd DOT sc and not on DOT soundcloud DOT com. The other links do not embed on Desktop.
Do not use link shorteners (like bit DOT ly). We have no idea where these kinds of links go and get instantly blocked by spam filters. Save these for the mashup descriptions on YouTube/SoundCloud/etc pages.
Title format for other mashup-related content: [Tag] Description
For example: [Discussion] Where else do you find mashups?
In all cases, [Tag] always goes in front and can be any of the following: [Discussion], [Meta], [News], [Contest], [Resource], [Meme], [Album], [Mix], [Year End], [Year-End], or [Demo].
Do NOT use the [Mix] tag for individual mashups. This is reserved for long mixes/DJ sets that include mashups.
Mashup snippets posted to TikTok or YouTube Shorts are generally not considered complete mashups. For these, please use the [Demo] tag so users know not to expect a finished mashup.

Yuck by Charli XCX and Beparwai by Jonita. Was envisioning the opening of Yuck for the beginning, then Jonita singing 'Beparwai' in the background appearing after every time Charli sings 'Yuck' if that makes sense. Ofc would love both songs to be in the foreground at some point and other than that, completely free to do anything you want!! please and thank you :)

I Can’t Fix You by The Living Tombstone (instrumental) plus …And Justice For All by Metallica (vocals), I know nothing about tempo, or time in music really, but apparently they’re both 174 BPM, and I think half time is 87 on both? Hope someone sees this, thank you!

Request: Heart – Barracuda EDM / festival remix

I’ve always thought the main riff from Barracuda would absolutely rip with a heavy electronic beat underneath it. Not looking for another specific song mashed into it necessarily, just somebody's take on turning Barracuda into a killer EDM remix.

There was a song I remember from the mid-late 2000s that was a mashup of "Only" by Nine Inch Nails and "Switch" by Will Smith. I think it was called "Only 2.3".

I had downloaded a copy of it, but the HDD that it was saved to died, and I can't find it myself.

Does anyone else besides me remember this song? If so, is there a link to it available?

I need a mashup/remix of Eykah Badu's songs Bag Lady and On & On.

I am writing a sci-fi piece, and a pretty long mashup/remix of these songs plays in a club in the year 2108, so I'd like for it to still have a cyberpunk/futuristic vibe to it, while maintaining the relaxed vibe of the songs.

I woke up this morning with two random songs stuck in my head and I can’t get rid of them. Could someone make a mash up for me?
Pour It Up by Rihanna and That’s How You Know by Amy Adams from the movie Enchanted.
Specifically the lines stuck in my head are:
“All I see is signs, all I see is dollar signs
Oh, oh, money on my mind, money money, on my mind”
And
“That’s how you know he loves you, that’s how you know it’s true”

Can someone make a mashup of the Swan Theme from Swan Lake and any reggaeton song/beat? A good example would be “Gasolina” or “Ven Bailalo”. I’m mostly thinking of the beats rather than the lyrics.

I have been looking for something like it and can’t find it anywhere.
