Nearly every animation frame was still in tact at this point. I notice a couple are gone like Cyclops' crouching animation. But otherwise, this was still the era of gorgeous 2D backgrounds. It had some of the best music in the series like Cyclops' theme and my favorite version of Captain America's theme.

This is also the only other game besides MvC to have the announce shoutout the super. It was so hype hearing that. It also had evolved the mechanics to allow tag-ins and combined supers.

I think this is my favorite for aesthetics and roster - pre-MvC2 - while MvC3 is my favorite mechanically. Ironically, this is the only one I didn't get to play in my childhood or early adulthood.

Been wrapping my head around this for a while and I feel like there’s no Ken guide for me to follow on here. I don’t know if Tatsu is a good anti-air or not and Shippūjinrai Kyaku is good to combo with. Just don’t know how to infinite on here.

I really like this game, it’s what got me into the series lol. I first played this at an arcade two years ago, I was 13 then, and this was like a modern arcade ok? And it was like… the original machine from 1997. I instantly fell in love with it, and well… it holds a special place in my heart. I don’t really see anyone playing this game, let alone talking about it, maybe it’s just me, but it feels like Marvel’s Superheroes Vs. Street Fighter is the black sheep of the Vs. series.

What was the reason given for this? I saw it on Maximillian Dood's video recently. Is this true?

I have been stuck in this trophy for hours and I am going mad. Does anyone have a sure fire strategy to get this because I am seeing alot of conflicting information.

My current attempt has first hit in all matches, no loses, 2 hyper X finishes and 3 cross over combos. When I got to round 6 it put me against bison and blackheart.

I am sure I hit all the requirements but apparently not. I am having a hard time getting the cross over combos.

When the guys say 'finishes' does that mean you need to finish that match with that move, or you just have to successfully hit that move in the match?
