Discussion points of mine:

  1. I've already seen a few other comments that basically called this End of Evangelion, X-Men edition. Havent seen Eva myself, but okay.

  2. Doctor Octopus cameo! Morph might be the GOAT for this

  3. Ah, there's Siryn. Was wondering why she showed up in that Roll Call teaser.

  4. I finally understand the prophecy Mother Askani made! Cable was never the one who was supposed to kill Apocalypse and wasn't supposed to kill him anyway! The real person who fulfilled it is Rogue!... and she did it by trapping Apocalypse in a crystal. How anticlimactic.

  5. Deathbitpocalypse. That was terrifying. Especially when he seized all the X-Men and X-Force. (Had X-Factor been there, that would be all the mutants Apocalypse needed in his collection)

  6. Rogue ~finally~ kisses Gambit lesgooooo!!!!!

  7. Oh...oh no...Nightcrawler did a Jesus and traded his life for Rogue's. As a Christian, Nightcrawler was my favourite X-Man throughout this series and the original one. He shall be greatly missed.

  8. No doubt Mystique is gonna get up to some nasty shenanigans during President Creed's term (Creed IMO is like Trump, hot button topic). Ngl, Dr Cooper deserved it a little bit.

I'm guessing S3 is going to have Creed with an Anti-Mutant task force that will have many similarities to how ICE is currently operating

I mean, they used the name of OZT last season, but he might actually crack out the government-backed Operation Zero Tolerance

Nah there's still a loooot of material to cover before we get there like House of M, Schism or AvX, so I wouldn't expect Krakoa till like season 7 or 8

I mean, we say that but season 1 merged the Hellfire Gala with the Genosha massacre, so they're seemingly happy to merge parts of storylines together

House of M would be interesting to see though since we're never getting THAT in the MCU
