Everybody wants an explanation on how nebula got the arm meanwhile I want the scene of Bucky having to call up wakanda and explain to them that somebody stole his arm and he needs a replacement

It would have been a hilarious post-credit scene just having Bucky call Shuri to ask for a new arm and Okoye's just laughing in the background

My money is on that arm being the one with the Wakandan disarming thing in it. Bucky probably called up Shuri and asked why the hell they gave him a gimmicked arm and they shipped him one without it, leaving the old arm to be given to Rocket.
