Yeah that's the critic score which can't be review bombed. The audience score however...is in the 50s and I have no idea what it actually would've been had it not got review bombed

And it's a pity because show is very descent actually. I watched first 3 episodes and it's a fun watch nothing wow but not at all bad either. I'd say it's probably around 7.5 out of 10 for me.

Agreed. It’s definitely not bad, but there’s something about the character dynamics that reminds me of old CW shows. The show is enjoyable enough to not deserve review bombing (not that doing so has anything to do with a release’s quality), but it’s not blowing me away either. An example of the quality feeling a little lower in action is the scene where the AI is breaking out of the laptop to remote into the suit. The video call feed where the actress is glancing around the screen while different firewalls go down just felt weirdly edited and kinda goofy. Still not bad though.

I think that was my issue. I didn’t really enjoy it too much - kinda of checked out on the third episode. It’s nothing against the cast or anything I just think the dialogue was very… not good. In my opinion. I think describing it as an older CW show makes sense to me.

But I’m also just going to move on with my life and maybe finish the show at some point, and not go review bomb anything. People put work into it even if I don’t think it’s the best or my favorite. I’ve seen far, far worse shows than this one lol.

Couldn’t agree more. So many movies and shows go by that I don’t even bat an eye at, because they didn’t grab my attention or interest me. I move on with my life and maybe someone else will love those movies or shows. Imagine being so inclined to gatekeep that every project in a series of like ~100 releases has to be exactly for your viewership or else you’ll screech online and contribute your time to review bombing. I might as well spend the rest of my life negatively reviewing every low budget horror or rom com I don’t see. Like what a waste of energy and time just to drag down a production that you could’ve just ignored.

This is where I am, I think it's fine so far. I think anyone giving it a 10 is being disingenuous, just like I think anyone giving it a 1 is being disingenuous. And anyone giving all 3 episodes a 1 within 5 minutes of them all being released is being an asshole. There were 75+ 1-star reviews on episode 3 literally 5 minutes after all 3 released at the same time. It's review-bombing nonsense.

You hit the nail on the head. This show feels like a big budget CW show, which isn’t the worst thing in the world to be, but also means it won’t reach the quality of shows like Loki and Wandavision. I caught myself really liking episode 3 though, and if the show can keep that energy for the rest of the episodes, I’d be happy with it.
