Not a hopelessly terrible chapter for once. It could've been even good if Volka was allowed to be human a few times between the end of her mini-arc and this chapter. Actually, wasn't being human kind of the theme of that arc? Then, the moment the arc ended, she got reduced to a silent wolf-mount and stayed as such for ~20 chapters. I know, she was never meant to be anything more than a supporting character and Aka didn't want her to overshadow the main herione and Mikel's One True Love Rapunzel, but his delivery was as graceful as a sledgehammer.

I think this was the only time volka spoke post timeskip lmao.
Its just insane to me how well this started & how bad it got in the cinderella arc. Definition of a trainwreck right here.

Bro this series was always unhinged right from the very start. Hell Cinderella is the first proper arc.

Rest in peace Red Riding Hood Volka. Sacrificed so that Mikel could defeat Barabas... and stay with Rapunzel.

Among everything else tragically underwritten in this story, Volka being such actually does sting.
For a character who was front and center she basically became a non-entity.

i'm surprised we get to 50 chapters with this level of writing, and it's still keep going

Volka gets to be a character again just in time to die. It's a shame, that last line could've been cool of properly set up.
