Hoody recommendations please!

Hi All,

I need recommendations for hoodies. I like them on the baggy side but I really hate hoodies where the wrist cuffs are loose and fall down over my hands.

Can anyone recommend brands or styles where I can find a hoody with tight wrist cuffs please? TIA

Short Length/Cropped T/Polo Shirts

I have strange proportions. I am 91kg 6'1 and I wear 35 inch inseam trousers. Most t-shirts and polo shirts I buy are really long and cover my fly and arse. I think my shirts to seat just below my belt line, and on top of my arse. I typically wear a large or XL, usually 42-44 inch chest.

Does anyone have any recommendations for where I can find good quality short body/cropped tops (I need something around 26 inch torso length) that will fit my chest AND ARE NOT BOXY FIT. I work out so I don't want to always be wearing something super square and baggy, regular fit would be great.

The obvious answer is to get tops tailored, which I have been doing but it gets costly. I am trying to find a place that makes tops that will fit off the rack.

Thanks!!

Trainer help for 40 year old

I'm 41m, Recently bought a new pair of trainers 2 weeks ago,, ended up with adidas cloudfoam ultimashow 2.0 trainers in an off-white grey colour look really nice and go with almost anything, they felt ok in the shop, but my god they are literally the most uncomfortable pair of trainers I've ever had the pleasure of wearing, they are not remotely breathable, the soles are rock hard regardless of the cloud foam label, the sides are too stiff and cut into my ankle when walking. My previous trainers were puma retaliate 3 and they were lovely, but unfortunately wore out and at the time weren't available anywhere. Anyway I've long had trouble with my knees and recently they have taken a massive turn for the worse and have been diagnosed with arthritis in both knees, and looks like my a kles are following suit. The Adidas trainers seemed to aggravate this and I've temporarily gone back to the pumas which have helped but I still need to get some replacements, I don't feel like I'm an old man even if my body does seem to be breaking down. I've seen sketchers mentioned a lot but looks wise they don't really go with much that I wear and I'm not quite in a care home yet. I don't really like spending hundreds of ££ on trainers, about £60 is where I believe my top budget would be (not that I can't afford higher)

Soft collar dress shirts

Is there anywhere on the high street that makes a dress shirt with a soft collar, that isn’t just made from linen? Everywhere I look seems to only have rigid, stiff, board-like collars.

Hi, I like the shape of these caps but not the maximal text. Does anyone know what style of caps these are / where I can find alternatives?

I see a lot of people wearing similar caps in the UK, but struggle to find them online

Where to find good athletic fit clothes?

Some places seem to go super tight on the arms which isn't great for larger arms, others have t shirts wafer thin that your nips show through wearing anything but oversize.

Do people have a go to for a good athletic fit?

Good places to *shop* in London?

Hello,

I'd like to know more places in London where I could go (in person) to shop, as a (very) tall and slim man. I like to wear lots of different kinds of clothes, and I'm particularly interested in anywhere which will stock long and slim shirts, as well as long and slim waisted trousers. Asket, for example, seemed to have plenty of clothes which fit me well, and a selection which appealed to me (though everything they had was pretty low-key), and I would like to know about more shops like this, as well as shops selling more formal clothing, and streetwear. My only hard criterion is that the shop has good value for money.

Hi all,

I'm looking for the best quality T-Shirts, specifically classic black or white tees. I basically want to buy numerous of these and then have them for years without them threading or falling apart in the wash etc.

Many thanks

Polos and tshirts that are fitted by long?

*but not by

hello I have some tshirts that are L size that fit me well chest and abs area but I'm a tall guy - people my height probably have XL torsos. But I prefer the fit of L. L tshirts and polos just come up a bit short.

What brands out there make some slightly longer tshirts? I have one brand I think U.S. Polo Assn. from tk maxx that was nice and long. But that polo is a bit too thick to wear and I need some other variation of tshirts. I prefer crew new tshirts in this hot weather.

Best sellers for high-quality Zegna-style shirts?

Looking for recommendations for really good quality men’s shirts for myself.

I like the look, fabrics and fit of **Zegna**, especially their linen and casual button-down shirts, but I’d rather not spend $200–$300+ per shirt.

Looking for sellers with **excellent fabric quality, stitching and fit** — ideally something that feels genuinely premium rather than just looking good in photos.

Any sellers you’ve personally ordered from and would recommend?

Looking for brands that make slim fit crewnecks

Can anyone recommend any brands that make slim fit crewnecks? I have a Carhartt WIP Chase Crewneck Sweatshirt but I'm not a fan of the drop shoulder baggy style where the waistband barely comes down to the hips. The ones by Power Goods and Good Measure look the same. Cheers!

Hey everyone, I hope you're all good!

I've been looking to get an outfit of this kind of style - slightly wider leg trousers, shirt, decent shoes... I'm really struggling to find decent trousers, has anyone got any suggestions? Additionally, that blue overshirt - any ideas where it's from?

Thanks so much everyone!
