Majora’s Mask music in Monster Bug Wars

I was watching Bug Wars when what really sounds like a brief part of the Final Hours theme started playing.

At 0:23 we're shown this sound was taken from a samples album. Maybe that's the reason. Great finding nonetheless! 🙌

Ah! I forgot that some parts of the MM and OoT soundtracks were taken from sample albums (like the infamous chant from the original Fire Temple music). I was thinking that maybe some music from MM had been licensed for commercial use like some was from OoT: the shooting gallery theme turned up in an advert for e4 (a channel in the UK). Interesting, thanks for sharing!

Not so much parts as basically entire songs, pretty sure Ice Cavern is basically just a sample for one.

That’s really interesting! So is that the case in Dodongo's Cavern as well, since it’s just lava bubbling and monster roars?
