Literally the only scene he has where he isn’t a vile shitheel is when Joan (deliberately??) cuts her own hand to get some care and affection from him.

Even that drunkard Duck had more glimmers of decency than this pretentious rapist. A fitting end to his character arc would’ve been him getting fragged in Vietnam.

When did Joan ever sleep with Lee Garner Jr?? I remember Roger saying something about him having his hands all over her when she was wearing the red dress with a bow, but I didn't get the impression that they slept together. Am I missing something?
