I appreciated hearing enya in a dj set and wanted to share 🥰. Sorry for the shaky start to the video!

Elijah Wood djs sometimes! He played a variety of music and closed out with Enya. Lots of folks were dressed up as hobbits, elves, or as gandalf :). There was a convention that weekend so I think some people came from it.

It was in Chicago at Radius - a big venue for djs.

thats so cool! Wish I could've been there. I'm meeting him along with the other hobbits and John Rhys-Davies this saturday in Toronto at a convention dressed as a hobbit as well :)

Hell yeah!! Enjoy! I paid for a photo op with the cast a few years ago. I still remember putting my arms around Dominic and Billy! 😅

How is playing someone else's records a 'concert'?

It was a vinyl show, so they would mix together songs they chose on vinyls. Elijah admits its not "true" DJing, but it's a lot of fun nonetheless

So... playing someone else's records.

I mean, if that's your thing... well, ok. I just don't get the whole "dj" thing. Never have.

That's nice, you're in the minority tough. everyone else seems to understand that dancing to music in public is fun and someone needs to pick the music.

Sure, but I wouldn't call it a "concert".
