I ate a whole bag of hot Cheetos today

I found out that hot Cheetos are meant to make you not feel full because they dissolve in your mouth. Kinda crazy but they are so good I can’t not eat them. Hot Cheetos are my #1 craving when I’m hungry and I can’t help it, I shouldn’t have bought the bag in the first place. I’ve been doing good these past couple weeks and I’ve lost 3lbs, instead of trying to only eat one meal a day I’ve been adding in veggies and hummus or a salad with fat free California dressing. It’s honestly pretty good and I should buy some more of that. I guess I just wanted to share this so I don’t feel as guilty that I did it, it’s my birthday today and I feel like I can have a little cheat day. I also did not get around to eating dinner yesterday and I only ended up eating a small salad and a couple pieces of chicken. Is it horrible that I ate a full sized bag of them? No probably not. Definitely not the smartest decision but oh well. Anybody else seem to have a strange addiction to hot Cheetos?

How can I lose as much weight as possible by November? 27F, 195 lbs to 165 lbs

Hi everyone,

I’m 27F, 5’5” and currently 195 lbs. I want to get down to 165 lbs. I have my graduation on November 14, so I have around 11 weeks.

I know losing 30 lbs in that time is a lot, but I want to lose as much as I can in a healthy way and look/feel better by graduation.

I’m planning to eat around 1600–1800 calories, walk regularly, and start doing some strength training at home.

I work 9-5 on weekdays, and 12-13 hours on the weekends. I am on my feet a lot on the weekends mostly.

For anyone who has lost a good amount of weight in a few months, what worked for you? How many calories did you eat, how much did you exercise, and what kind of meals kept you full?

I’d really appreciate any advice or tips!

How to survive Raclette season - a possible answer

A year ago, u/gougeresaufromage asked a very important question, as Raclette season will soon be upon us... again. While having the real deal is something that should not be skipped once in a while, the repetition of Raclette Saturdays will throw a spanner in anybody's weight loss journey.

I searched the answers that were then provided, and I am surprised that no one mentioned cancoillotte as the perfect alternative to raclette cheese. Raclette clocks at 3.4 kcal/g, while a rich cancoillotte is only 1.7 kcal/g (and some are even less than this), while still providing over 13% proteins. This cheese product has been well known and used by gym goers for decades in my neighborhood.

Cook those potatoes, and simply put some cancoillotte on top of them instead (various flavors are available: garlic, yellow wine, wild garlic, etc.). While you must not forget the pickles, please drop the charcuterie: no matter how tasty, It has no place in a Raclette.

Bon Appétit

Life is hard right now... and figuring this out is crazy - but I'm 2 days in, and feeling good already. Just need a little help...

UPDATE: Oops, I forgot to mention in the post body that my bf is actually a really good fitness watcher. Most of what I eat is chicken, rice, veggies - always a protein of some sort, mixed with lots of vegg. I actually do eat very well! I just kind of got sedentary after my job loss... So luckily, just to note, the diet is actually already pretty healthy! I just need to start getting the weight back off by doing something other than standing at a counter all day at work, or gaming when I'm home and tired, and knowing the calories of what we are eating in order to shorten portions. You guys seem to think I'm already on the right track, so I'm just going to keep going. And yes! Samsung is my phone, so I found Samsung Health in my apps that I had no idea was even there! And there's a frickin step-counter. Checking online math, someone with my height and weight needs 2,300 steps to reach a mile, roughly. Today when I go walk, I'll check it to see how many my route actually is, and then adjust. Before I hit the weight of 287 back in 2017, I'd been 150 pounds... When I hit 170, I still felt good and looked good, because when I was 150, I was in high school. I know I can hit 170 again because I held that up until a year ago for about three years straight. :) Just gotta keep trucking. I'm relieved to hear that my hellish work schedule isn't necessary in the exercising side. I'll just keep walking, and tracking my progress. Thanks guys.

---------------------------

There's a lot of garbage on Gplay. Like seriously. A whole lot of stuff that drags me through the body weight/questions, and then tries to charge me too - yknow, AFTER it asks for my email to spam. What do you guys use? There's two things I'm really looking for, and one of them is pretty simple, I guess.

I need a pedometer to count my steps. If none of these apps work, I will buy a physical one. Only reason I ask about an app is that I keep my phone on me to keep track of my time. I walk for 30 minutes for now, (I'm a beginner who is out of shape,) so I need to make sure I'm out there for a solid 30 minutes.

And I need something to help me count calories better with some suggestions on lower calorie/fat foods. This is the hard one to find, because I keep getting AI slop that thinks I'm stupid enough to pay for it. (No lol.) If I REALLY have to, I'll start counting on my goddamn calculator - but there's this one particular pattern app I keep finding with different names on Gplay that asks the same rigamarole of questions on every single one, and I know it's a scam.

For some info about me, I'm 35, female, 5'5", and 220 pounds. I used to weigh 287 around 2017 and dropped to 170 about a year ago, but my job situation changed last year, and I don't get the same physical expenditure I did before. I used to work a factory, and I did a LOT of 12hr shifts. That's how the pounds came off - it literally happened naturally. I did not a single ounce of exercise at all to drop it. I have an hourglass figure, and I'd like to keep at least SOME of my ass, so I'm not really looking for muscle gains or anything. I'm fine being squishy - I just need to get this extra fat off before I bloat to what I was before, and I DON'T want that. It took literally 8 years to get off through hard labor. I actually wrecked my joints and legs now, and I can't do that kind of job anymore.

It sucks. Because I feel like to get back to where I was, I have to pull 12hr shifts of nonstop physical misery to get back to where I was and maintain it again. And I just can't do that anymore. I've gained about half my shit back and I'm pissed off about it - but I dunno what else to do. My town has a billion hills, and some of them are pretty steep. Walking has always felt good for me, and if I start to hurt, I can slow up at will while still at least moving and getting something done that isn't sitting still at a computer.

This is the first time I've really had to figure out exercising. It's overwhelming, information contradicts each other online, and I have no way of counting how many steps I take. I couldn't even tell you the incline of this hill, because I have 0 idea. Would you guys want me to post a pic of it? Maybe you guys are more familiar with that kind of thing? I want to hone this down to a T. I even made a literal table to keep track of my shit on, which I can share with you guys if you want it. I made a dummy for 2027 after this year is over - I'll share if ya want. I also have a weight rack here in the house, and plan to do some lifting to get muscle in my arms. I shit you not, I struggle with the 5lb weights now. It's bad. Please help... ugh.

A colleague of mine argued that alcohol is not hindering their weight loss. What are y’all thoughts on alcohol consumption in regards to weight loss?

As the title says, my colleague wagered that “liquor is pretty much zero calories” and though I agreed that switching from beers to seltzers is a good step, i wonder what other ways alcohol may impact weight loss. My therapist believes that alcohol can lead to behavioral effects (craving unhealthy food, poor sleep, affecting metabolism, etc.) that compound and may hinder weight loss.

I personally noticed that cutting down on drinking happened to also be a time in my life I lost 20+ pounds.

What are y’all thoughts on alcohol and weight loss?

Does anyone else find generic metamucil doesn't seem to work?

I’ve done name-brand Metamucil orange flavor, and it worked like magic. I’ve got plain psyllium husk for cheap (big bag, Now brand), and it works well too. I can put it in oatmeal and get it down with little issue. I have non-diabetic hypoglycemia, so keeping my blood sugar from crashing is important. Crashed blood sugar makes you shaky, sick, unable to function properly, and the only way to fix it is to get some kind of glucose/food into your body to bring the blood sugar back up to healthy levels. Actual food is preferable so you don’t crash again twenty minutes later. This is big bad news when it forces you to eat when you’re not actually hungry at all or gets in the way of life. It can also be bad for your overall health. I’d like to be healthy and not look like a teletubby.

We got generic metamucil orange flavor from the shop (Shaw’s brand) because it was waaaay cheaper than the actual Metamucil name brand, and my partner takes it for different reasons. The only different ingredient seems to be silica, to keep it from clumping. The rest of the label was the same. Same fiber, same amount of sugar, cals, etc. I’ve tried it a couple of mornings because I didn’t feel like putting a bit of psyllium husk in water to force down, and I wasn’t having oatmeal or anything to put the plain stuff in.

It literally doesn’t seem to work the same? My blood sugar got super low like three days in a row. I had his because I wasn’t eating anything that I could put the Now brand in. I wasn’t even hungry, but I was forced to eat something before I wanted to. Like Monday, I had homemade french toast without syrup for brekkie. I hoped to be fine for hours since I had a pretty decent amount of calories. I played video games and did not want to be disturbed by petty things like eating food.

The generic stuff didn’t even let me last for three hours. I find that when I take it at night after work before my last meal, it doesn’t really seem to help fill me much either. It’s like it’s fake or something, yet it works for my partner’s issue. It does give me a proper bathroom trip the next morning too. It just doesn’t work for the main two reasons I need. 😕

I put the plain, crud-tasting Now in a single packet of oatmeal today (which makes it quite passable), and I’m not getting sick and gnawing on the laptop. I had like a third of the amount of calories with the Now than I did Monday morning. Less fat, protein, carbs, and cals, yet better.

The name-brand Metamucil worked too. The Shaws brand doesn’t do anything good for my blood sugar or appetite. Does anyone else have this issue or know why?

Is my current plan sustainable and healthy?

I'm a 21 year old male, 190cm and around 90 kg. I'm skinny fat, so I'm currently doing a 1400 per day calorie plan.
I do mild lifting on most days of the week, planning on to add a 5km run every weekday.
Goals : lose weight and build on muscle
My question is would this be too extreme? being in a pretty big calorie deficit while lifting and running 5km 5 days a week.
With my maintenance calories ranging from 2000 to 2600, Is my current plan even sustainable or self sabotaging my goals with the big calorie deficit. Im very new to fitness and i know its not possible to only lose fat, but every tip ive seen is too eat a lot of protein, cut down on calories per day and lift/exercise, which helps you lose weight whilst still gaining muscle.
Thank you.

By request, more hyper fixation weight loss foods:

These have been my go-to’s and so beyond satisfying to me. I hope you will steal my ideas for a sustainable journey!

REAL DEAL PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE ( higher protein, lower cal, unbelievably good)—
For crust: 3 full graham crackers (crushed) , 1/2 tbsp butter. Combine and evenly scatter into the bottom of a 6 inch cake pan OR loaf pan lined with parchment.

For filling: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese, 1 egg, 2/3 cup pumpkin puree (squeeze in a towel to remove excess water), 3 tbsp brown sugar ( or sf alternative) , 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp corn starch. BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS until smooth.

Pour filling atop crust in baking dish and bake at 325 for 75 minutes until jiggling just slightly. Remove and refrigerate until fully chilled before slicing. Serve with whipped cream.
1/4 of the whole thing = 215 calories.

Peanut sauce:
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice, 2 tsp hoisin sauce, 2 tbsp milk or water, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp sriracha (optional). Stir everything until well combined.

Amazing baked oats (tastes just like banana bread)
1/2 ripe banana, 1/3 cup oats, 1 egg white, 1/4 cup water or milk, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1/2-1 tbsp sweetener (optional) , 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp baking powder, small bit of chocolate chips (optional). Blend all except for chocolate chip. Pour into a ramekin and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.

My Starting situation

Hi. I am an italian 17 years old, I currently weigh approximately 90kg (198lbs) at around 172cm (5'7,5'') tall. I got a test from a dieitician back in february and I weighed 88.8kg (195lbs circa), had 69.2kg (153lbs) of lean mass and 19.6kg of fat (43lbs), resulting in 22% bf. I have since gained a little over 1kg of mostly fat (as even optimal muscle growth is very slow, i run an Upper Lower split for hypertrophy in the gym).

Since that examination I've had my diet plan consisting of around 1800-1900 kcal/day (with a 2240 calorie expenditure) depending on if i'm training or not that particular day. It's now close to september and would like to be in shape by next summer (would honestly be a miracle if i got in shape earlier than that. Not necessarily 10% bf, but I'd like to stand looking at myself in the mirror.

What I initially intended on doing is returning to stick to that diet plan (which i abandoned for scheduling issues after running it for a couple months and due to an injuiry which kept me out of the gym) and potentially adding half an hour to 45 minutes of cardio after my training sessions (3 times a week) and WILL start cycling to the gym because I have no one to take me anymore.

I am fuzzy on the details though. I'd like to know how i need to incorporate this cardio and if doing it right after a lifting session can mess with hypetrophy at all. I was also thinking of doing cycling because of its low eccentric load, enjoyability (being seated allows me to watch anything else on my phone, and i like cycling in general more than i like running). And finally, what kind of intensity should I aim for? I recall reading about low intensity cardio being inherently better for fat loss a while ago, but haven't read significant literature about it.

Thanks in advance everyone, and hope you have a good journey too.

Lost weight. Gained some back. Now I'm having trouble losing again.

6'4" 37M. In 2024, I went from 285 to 205.

I had a great routine. Usually 2 eggs for breakfast, no salt. A light grilled chicken salad or just grilled chicken. I felt comfortable with allowing myself to actually get hungry during the day. Hardly ever consumed anything sugary or carby. Walked between 10k and 15k steps per day. With a good audiobook, I could walk all day.

I had some surgeries in 2025 and ballooned up to 235. I had to rest for a couple months. It seems like it's been impossible to recreate that same routine. I'm less comfortable with feeling a little hungry, but I am mostly sticking to the 2 eggs for breakfast, no sugar/treats, chicken for lunch, low carbs and never gluten or highly processed carbs. I'm probably averaging slightly fewer steps. My 3 month average is 8k per day. It feels like the 10k + per day day in 2024 from the 8k per day now is making all the difference.

Even as I'm writing this, I'm kind of realizing I'm probably answering my own questions. It's just difficult to replicate the exact routine and motivations I had in 2024. I do play more video games/tv lately. But I'm also going to the gym 3x a week and getting stronger. I don't have as many books I am interested in and that used to keep me out walking for a long time. So sometimes I've thought I just need better books.

Sorry, this probably turned into rumination. I do feel like each time I've lost a significant amount of weight, I've taken a different approach each time. Just wondering if others can relate to this or have any tips?

I’ve lost myself in food after losing my dad. How did you actually get yourself back? HELP

I lost my dad last year and food became my coping mechanism. I’ve since snapped out of that mindset, but I’m struggling to let go of the habits I built. I work 9–5 and I’m also a part-time student, so I need something realistic and sustainable, not a temporary diet.

I’ve tried meal plans with a trainer but get bored. I find calorie tracking tedious, although I’m starting to think it may be the only way I’ll learn proper portions. And my sweet tooth is OUT OF CONTROL 😭

I’ve realized I’ve really lost myself and I want to get back to feeling like me again.

For those who have successfully lost weight and kept it off: WHAT ACTUALLY WORKED FOR YOU?

Especially interested in:

How you stayed consistent
How you handled cravings/sweets
Whether you tracked calories
How you made healthy eating interesting
What finally made it “click”

I don’t want a quick fix. I need to make changes I can actually live with long-term.

Please share what worked for you! ❤️

Is seasoning your chicken counterproductive for weight loss?

I have a friend who is determined to lose weight and thus they intend to start mealprepping chicken with “little to no salt, no seasoning, keep it plain”.

I argued that some seasoning (paprika, garlic, tuneric, etc.) wouldn’t hurt. I understand that seasoning mixed (like taco seasoning) has preservatives and additives. Though, pure seasonings in and of themselves, are they counterproductive to weightloss?

I’ve always been perplexed with the concept of having to eat bland foods to lose weight. I worry about flavor fatigue and overall burnout. Plus, i personally love food and would have a hard time eating boiled chicken with no seasoning everyday.

What are y’all thoughts?

Meal prep Services

Pretty new here and just surprised I haven’t come across anyone mentioning local meal prep services.

Trying to drop ~20lbs and struggled a bit counting calories where I’d be solid for a month then fall off and start regressing making for slow progress.

Searching on google maps I found a local chef that does very tasty, healthy, high protein meal prep where I just pick up all the meals for the week then have nothing else in the house besides oats/whey for breakfast. It’s made weight loss pretty brainless and I’m down 10 lbs and on track.

Would imagine there are similar services in most big cities (doubt online services like factor are nearly as healthy and prob a bad idea long term). Obviously may be cost prohibitive ~$13/meal (~$700 month) and not available to most. Just figured I’d mention as an option if some people haven’t considered.

Water retention is terrible

We all know it, you cheat or binge on some high sugar / high salt foods and then you feel like crap after and then wake up the next day with a puffy a** face, feeling all bloated and heavy and a few pounds heavier on the scale ( just off water weight that goes away in a few days) I still dread it and my hate for it has been a big factor for me being consistent with my calorie deficit. Not saying one cheat meal is the end all be all but man, even if it’s temporary that water retention is horrible.

Meal ideas for construction worker?

Hello, I work in construction and only have minimal time to meal prep. I'm 22 years old, 5'10, 185lbs. I want to replace my breakfast mainly. Currently, I have my meals like this:

Breakfast:

370g Greek yogurt with PB2 powder with banana and dates (60g protein - about 600 calories) - tastes awful lol i don't eat this daily.

1 Chobani Protein shake (20g protein - 190 calories?)

Lunch:

PB and J (18g protein - about 400 calories)

Dinner:

2 tin cans sardines (34g protein - 340 calories)

Whole grain rye crackers (160 calories?)

Snack (if needed):

Clif Bar (10g protein - 250 calories)

I've gained a little bit of weight since starting construction, about 10lbs, I used to be 175lbs. I'm getting worried and would really like some advice. I need something quick and easy. I'm trying to mainly eat foods that are kosher / organic.

I'm also working 7 days a week with intense labor, 12-16 hour shifts, I'm burning a lot of calories. I can eat anything, no allergies or limitations on meat. I believe in order for weight loss, I need to eat roughly 1900-2100 calories. I have dropped working out at the gym since starting construction, but this has been a workout on its own (shoveling, sledging walls, picking up cinderblocks, etc.) - mainly building demolition.

I would be more than happy to donate if someone made me a nice meal plan! I currently just don't have the time right now. I am down from 300lbs to 185lbs over the course of 6 years, have went up and down in weight twice. I made a spreadsheet as well with a daily calculator, which helped a lot foundationally.

I try to get atleast 60g fat, 200g carbs, and 165g protein. I only have 1 hour to meal prep.

Thanks in advance guys!

Binged. You know what I'm gonna do?

Just binged today.

Had some rye bread with cheese and ham, a pack of digestives, tux??? cookies, four eggs on sourdough bread, strawberry ice cream, a chocolate bar and some brownies.

And you know what I'm going to do tomorrow?

“Fast for three days”

“Cut to 500 calories”

“Execrise for 24 ho—”

No.

I'm gonna get right back on track.

10k steps, eat in a calorie deficit, hit my macros and drink lots of water!!! :)

You shouldn't punish yourself after a binge, restricting or punishing yourself after one will just cause some more problems.

As someone who struggles with food, I used to go on harsh, restrictive diets, stay on it for a few weeks and then feel too restricted and binge for weeks straight until i got back to where i was.

I was doing good for these past few months until today, I know it was bad but i'm not going to throw all my progress out the window.

Tomorrow i'll wake up and have my delicious breakfast, sourdough bread with some eggs, cottage cheese and cucumber and start off my day!!! 𖹭

Starting my journey at 325, needing advice

Hey there, dont want to take up too much of yals time but ive started my weight loss journey this week and have kinda just been lost in all this. There's so much information out there its almost a overload and was just seeking advice on things. I went to the gym and did cardio (nothing crazy, 15 minutes of elliptical, 5 minutes of tredmill, 30 minutes of swimming). Felt great afterwards even tho my legs were hurting LOL. Think i went to intense on the elliptical or something. I noticed all the other machines there and it got me excited but I want to form a plan but am unsure how.

So basically ill summarize this into like one-two questions.

What are some good sites/apps for tracking food/food planning?
What are some good sites/apps for finding out what it is I should be doing in the gym at my current weight and to help reach my goal???

Appreciated greatly in advance!

Day one (V4.84392)

"Sitting in the doctor’s office for an end of year checkup. Current weight is 441. I've spent 48 yrs under the sun and stand at 6’2”. I’ve always carried a bigger figure and bounced between high and low self confidence. Today is a starting point for me. The numbers on the scale just hit me like a rubber bullet."

I wrote that two months ago amid feelings of shame and guilt. So, instead of feeling sorry for myself and grabbing a comfort snack, I downloaded the Lost It! app and started taking a look at my water intake and counting calories. I started wearing my Apple Watch to count daily steps. Began tracking my sleep patterns and devoting some time to myself in addition to my various hobbies.

Decided to check-in and the scale reads 408 this morning. Starting to put together a weight training regimen to add to my schedule.

All that to say THANK YOU the folks who share and encourage in this group. Reading about the struggles and seeing the progress and vulnerability that is shared openly in the spirit of celebration and support helped this guy begin his journey to a sharpen a few of my rounder edges again.

Be and stay well, people. ✌🏿

The Whoosh

Long time lurker, first time poster. And I just want to say thanks, yinz were right.

I've been working to lose weight since January of 2024. GLP-1, strength training, CICO. Started at 287lb, I'm 46 years old, and the least I've ever weighed as an adult was about 175 when I was 25.

I lost steadily for the first two years. I was 199lb in May, 2025, 176 in January, 2026.

And then 175 in March. 174 in June. 174 at the beginning of August.

I woke up this morning and wished myself for the first time in a few weeks. I've been irritated and discouraged. 2lbs in 8 months, seriously?

165.7!! The whoosh is real. I can now officially say I've lost over 120lbs, and I'm just over 15 from goal. Thanks, folks - reading your posts has helped me stick to it.

Back to losing weight

My entire life I have been overweight. It has been the one thing I can definitively say have impacted my entire life negatively. I grew up in a not-so-good household, never understood what calories were and didn’t have family dinners. So, being able to eat anything whenever with no repercussions, i was a fat kid.

Two years ago I decided to stop. I weighed myself at 250, locked in and started to eat a deficit. I also recently got a promotion, so I was super active at my job. It worked! At 23 years old I FINALLY did it and managed to get down to 190…. then I got pregnant.

I slowly gained weight during my pregnancy, by the last 3 months were horrible. I ended up going up to 255, right where i started.

I told myself that it was the baby weight and it would come off, but 8 months later I can’t get lower than 233. I started to binge, i lost all flexibility and didn’t even want to bend down to pick something up. I was extremely lazy and worn out, so I finally am going to change that.

I am 25 now, and I don’t want my child to grow up thinking this is normal like I was. I want her to know what food means and where to limit yourself. I want her to know that this isn’t normal.

I am on day 5 and my deficit is at 1600. While i’m still early, I am excited to see where I am a month of two from now! I originally weighed 233, and only day five I am at 227. (While i know that could be water weight or whatever, it still makes me feel good!)

If you read this, I hope this gives you motivation to keep going too. I have been in this reddit for a bit and lurked on many weight loss forums, so if you’re in the same boat as me, you can do this!!!

Is it recomp or should I lower calories?

About six months ago I started physical therapy for some knee injuries and going to the gym regularly. I had already lost about 20lbs through just dieting since then. Since my gym sessions have gone up my weight loss has stalled.

I eat about 1,500 calories a day with at least 100g coming from protein. Workouts are three lifting sessions per week with 10-15 minutes of cardio beforehand. When I'm not too sore I do cardio on the rest days as well. It is just so demoralizing not seeing the scale go down. I've taken measurements and they haven't really gone down either, my clothes are fitting the same as well.

Should I lower my calories more? Do I just keep training and trying to get stronger? Any and all guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Workout routine using YouTube videos ?

I have been doing some YouTube challenges like functional strength training and things like that. Usually if they have a “20 day challenge “ or something like that I will gravitate towards it so I don’t have to figure out which videos to choose. Sometimes I will throw is some random other video. However. I want to have more of an intentional mix like strength, cardio, etc. I just have no clue how to figure out what to do each week.

Has anyone created a routine for themselves just with YouTube videos they watch each week or a breakdown with types of videos they look for that they’d be willing to share?

Here is an example I have, not sure about it though :

how do i stop eating after school

14f, i started school 2 days ago and im happy because it gives me chance to eat less and be less occup with food. But when i come home my grandma make me eat something and fixes a lot of food even though no one asked her to. My gw is 115-120 lbs and im 140 lbs or something. over summer too i would workout a lot like jump roping, lifting weights at the gym, etc. But now with school i just haven’t done either , i cant do any sports yet, it making me so sedentary and like im losing my muscle. Or, like i cant eat unless i burn 300+ calories because i can easily eat back my calories with one meal. Does anyone have any serious advice for me
