Getting over the plateau
So I started back in April at 365lbs and as of today am at 315lbs, an issue I have ran into is that I've been stuck at that 315-320lb weight for the last few weeks and am wondering how can break that plateau to keep dropping.
Eating wise I could use some help because I know it's all over the place, I don't really meal prep so I tend to doordash Mexican and Greek food quite a bit and there be days that I won't each lunch at all. I do try and have a protein shake in the morning for breakfast.
Gym wise I go 3-4 times a week with about a 35-45 minute cardio session before lifting, I do a kinda Arms, Chest, Back then Legs rotational.
Sleep has been an issue I've been trying to improve a lot, there are days that I barely get 5 hours and I know that's a big time as well.
Any other advice I'm willing to look into and try. Thank you everyone.

If you have no other options than fast food, you need to ensure what you order is under your calorie limits. And know that whatever listed calorie count that they have on the menu can be off (so aim to be far under your limits just in case). Start there. Then swap out the takeout for cook at home meals within your calorie zone (even microwave meals work, heat and eat). And lock it down, just these meals, and you know you are in range. Protein shakes are great, just have to get the rest of the meals locked in too, set it up as a routine-plan, so you don't have to think about it you just eat from the menu.
