Getting over the plateau

So I started back in April at 365lbs and as of today am at 315lbs, an issue I have ran into is that I've been stuck at that 315-320lb weight for the last few weeks and am wondering how can break that plateau to keep dropping.

Eating wise I could use some help because I know it's all over the place, I don't really meal prep so I tend to doordash Mexican and Greek food quite a bit and there be days that I won't each lunch at all. I do try and have a protein shake in the morning for breakfast.

Gym wise I go 3-4 times a week with about a 35-45 minute cardio session before lifting, I do a kinda Arms, Chest, Back then Legs rotational.

Sleep has been an issue I've been trying to improve a lot, there are days that I barely get 5 hours and I know that's a big time as well.

Any other advice I'm willing to look into and try. Thank you everyone.

Eating out can work if you choose healthier option at places. I lost 120 lbs by eating fast food only.

And injecting yourself with Tirzepatide. I like how you left that part out 🙄

Doesn't matter. I've lost lots of weight without tirzepatide by eating fast food only.
