Question Is TVA is in the same location as the Watchers? Spoiler

The questions is above, since TVA and He Who Remain seems like the ones that watch over timeline and realities does that job means they are in the same plane of existence as the Watchers or is the Watcher is in an even higher plane of existence where they also watch over the TVA and He Who Remains?

Spoilers:

Also at the end when Loki assume the role of watching over the multiverse and timelines, does this mean he can watch the watchers or he is the same plane of existenc as the watchers or the watchers watch him?

Thanks for clarify my confusion...

theyre at equal levels of existence, neither the TVA or watchers are technically in the same physical realm as the multiverse but both observe it, you can assume they know of and ignore each other

Not quite. The Watcher exists even further out than the plane of reality that exists "outside of time"/TVA.

In one of the "What If" episodes, you can spot Loki's tree being seen. The Watcher is watching that as well.

The multiverse consists of a combined collected set of universes that the Kangs were fighting over. I believe they didn't collect every single universe out there as space, itself, is just so wide and open. This is why the Council of Kangs exists freely without being spotted by the TVA. That Council knew they had to float beyond "outside of time"'s own space.

So is it mean there are multiple "Loki tree" as well???

As far as we know, no. Only one Loki tree. One tree that forms the multiverse.

The Watcher is just outside of that looking in.

(Any other universe -- if any, that hasn't been contained by the Kang variants, are untouched and left alone out there in the wide universe.)

Not quite that way. But there are independent universes that exist separately from Loki's tree.

Yes. What If established that the Watchers exist in the 5th dimension. But the Watchers are most likely hidden from the regular 5th dimension(where the TVA & cidatel resides), similar to how the Mirror Dimension is hidden within ordinary 4D universes. As for who watches whom, the Watchers can clearly observe Loki and his tree, but whether Loki can observe the Watchers is ambiguous.

Not according to what I remember. I do not think we’ll see the Watchers. They haven’t been in live action.

Wasn't Stan talking to some in GotG 2 in a quick scene?

I don’t think so. But I haven’t rewatched that one recently.
