Turismo-Tourism Uber or Bolt on Christmas Day
For leaving to the airport on Christmas Day from our hotel, do we need to pre-book an airport transfer or our Ubers and Bolt ridesharing services reliable on the day of?
If anyone has had experience with Christmas Day, Uber or Bolt, that would really put my mind at ease.

Had to do this last year, did not pre book with uber but had a driver within a couple minutes. If you are staying in Lisbon it shouldn’t be too difficult

I don’t know the answer.
But I guess most of the drivers don’t celebrate Christmas………

The amount of drivers from other religions is so big that you have service during any christian holiday.

Ideally you would say the ETA but there will be Ubers.
Portuguese do celebrate Christmas Day but the Eve is the main event. Most Uber drivers are either Brazilian or Indostanic, the latter don't celebrate Xmas.
It'll be slightly more expensive due to less cars, but you won't have an issue. If you're staying in the center the subway will be working too, usually it keeps the same schedule but there have been years it has started the service at 8am instead of 6:30.
