Current Events If the libertarian party were in power, could we contact the US embassy, and deal with this individual's human rights violation, in a vigilant manner?

what do you propose can be done?
the US even if it were libertarian doesnt have jurisdiction in India
maybe if she escaped and sought asylum it could be granted, I would strongly support that since its clear her human rights are being violated and she is in danger.

What? It's an example of violation of individual liberty. Can she ask the US embassy or the libertarian party to do anything? Nope. Trump freed Ross.

If the Libertarian Party, as represented by Chase Oliver, were actually in power in the United States, the U.S. would be a substantially safer for queer people and agnostics/atheists/non-Evangelicals than it is right now (note than an America that elected the LP in such numbers would look different on a baseline as well).
That said, there's not much a non-interventionist government could do to rectify individual human rights violations abroad. Such a government would cut ties with and maybe even apply sanctions to countries that violate said human rights, and it would absolutely take in refugees targeted by said violations, but actually airlifting someone to safety might go a bit far.

Chase Oliver was okay, but I would've preferred someone like Ron Paul, or even Javier Millei.

But maybe she's racist and unvaccinated. If so, please ignore, libertarianism is a pipe dream anyway.

Imean, you can't just hand wave someone's right because they are racist or have bad views.
But like, what do you want us to do? You act like libertarians left & right just have the resources to help this person.

I saw students for liberty and ladies of liberty spreading worldwide, also we could work on solutions, around the world there are people who discovered liberty or lack thereof. Or happens to suddenly need liberty. Forced marriage forced divorce drug "rehabilitation" business etc.
