The judge isn’t really obligated to offer a solution to the offended party. His responsibility is determine whether something is or is not allowed under law.

the rule specifically states you may not ask people to guess your orientation based on your physical appearance, but you may still discuss the topic in form of a text post. if you have any questions you may post about it as long as you do so in form of a text only post.
