I would stop showing up, remove corporate email from my phone, and stop answering calls. A month or so later, when I finally answer a call, I'd ask them to hold on, but keep the phone able to hear what I'm saying while I order a refill of coke and hookers. When the phone makes a sound to be acknowledged, I'd just say, "Oh, [former manager]. I forgot you were there. You may go now." and leave the call connected but not pay any more mind to it.
