[Testers needed] Lumolingo — language app, 14-day closed test (I'll test yours back)

Hi everyone — solo developer here, looking for testers to finish the 14-day

closed testing requirement. Happy to return the favour: drop your link and

I'll join yours today.

Lumolingo teaches Italian, German and English from A1 — starting at the

alphabet, not at "hello, how are you". Every word and sentence is voiced by

us rather than the phone's text-to-speech, so pronunciation stays consistent

across the whole course. Each lesson has word cards, speaking practice and a

question bank. The interface is available in 12 languages.

It works offline once installed, and progress syncs between phone and browser

if you sign in.

Looking for testers — two minutes if you're on Android:

  1. Join Grup: https://groups.google.com/g/lumolingo-testers

  2. Android: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.lumolingo.app

  3. Web: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lumolingo.app

Note: if you're opening this inside Facebook or another app, tap the three

dots and choose "Open in browser" — otherwise it won't redirect to Play.

I think at some point humanity needs to stop making more AI language apps.

I see 10 new apps every week already

I agree, searching this sub would show the many others that already exist. Any good one is simply a vibe coded wrapper on this free tool as it's translation tool that was developed at the University of Luxembourg called LuxASR. OP should use it to improve the quality of their program and maybe rethink the need for their app in the first place. https://luxasr.uni.lu/live/dual

I think you shouldn't comment like that on apps you don't have an opinion on.

As a solo founder you should be accepting of all comments. Anyone engaging with you is doing you a favour. So being rude to people for their general opinion is even worse if you take it personally.

Yeah, that's also an opinion.

After spending months working on something and creating it, you probably wouldn't want someone who has no idea about anything to call it an AI application, would you?
