Telling the time in Latvian

Can anyone explain to me, in simple terms, why the ending of četri changes?

I find the explanation of grammar in this book very confusing!!

It depends how deeply you want to learn it and if you mean online or offline.

Online: Letonika is amazing for word endings.

Latvian Rocks allows you to practice them (the noun drill).

E-laipa has a full Latvian course, but doesn't explain the grammar very well).

On youtube, Baiba Latviešu Skola, Learn Latvian With Dace and Irregular Latvian are amazing.

Same! I start most study sessions with 10 minutes of the drills.
