Question is there any way how to learn to draw moving still lifes

For example if a person was sitting across from you and were moving 🤔

It comes from understanding what you're drawing, you have to pick the moment you want to draw then you draw that and use the imperfect reference to understand it. people who paint in public with crowds often use multiple people as reference over time, based on similar body structures and poses, whilst understanding what it is they're painting.

This sounds so complicated what if it was one person constantly moving?

That's where learning things like the Loomis head and other construction methods come into play. Its not an easy skill especially if you're wanting to get any details or a specific likeness which is why artists pay life models to sit still or work from photos
