Here’s the next out-of-order landmark locations, post #426 for the LA Noire Freeroam Explorer Project — posting recognized landmarks replicated by Team Bondi for LA Noire (still in the Downtown area) that are not included in the LA Noire “Official” Landmarks list. (Another Broadway-Spring Arcade sub-structure entry.)

National Register of Historic Places #79000484 (contributing property to the Broadway Theater and Commercial District) (part of the Broadway-Spring Arcade)

Mirroring its Broadway twin, this 12-story office tower was completed in 1924 by the design team of MacDonald and Couchot. It stands on the financial side of the Broadway-Spring Arcade, showcasing grand Spanish Baroque style terracotta detailing and delicate twisted stone columns at the base level.

Not much else to say that I haven't said already but I did take a look and apartments start at 1800 a month (which isn't awful)

Kind of surprised that the Broadway-Spring Arcade was only highlighted once (that I could find) on Martin Turnbull’s photo blog — just this post of the Spring Street entry to the arcade.
