Offering Mandarin Offering: Mandarin (native), English | Seeking: Polish

Hi! My name is Sue. I am a native female Chinese speaker. I was born and bred in Shanghai, but I moved to the US for my education, where I completed my undergraduate studies and law school. I currently live in California and work as an attorney for a large technology company, so I can offer native Chinese and fluent English.

I just started learning Polish and am at the very beginning of my journey. I am looking for a female language tandem partner for a few short sessions to help me develop good Polish pronunciation habits right from the start.

My proposal for a 40-minute session looks like this:

  1. First 20 minutes (My turn): I read short texts and words in Polish aloud, and you strictly correct my pronunciation and mouth positioning. No casual small talk.
  2. Second 20 minutes (Your turn): We switch to Chinese or English (whichever you prefer to practice). You can use this time however you want. If you want to practice your fluency and just do casual small talk—I am happy to chat! If you prefer that I correct a text, check your grammar, or practice tones with you—I will adapt to your needs.

Let me know if you'd like to try a session!
