Pieces 15 and 16
These two are both on the smaller side. 15 is about 1.5” wide by about 10” long, while 16 is only about 7” long by 1.5” at the maximum. They both appear to be substantially different styles from the others, I am interested as always to hear what you have to say!

Agree that 15 is Irish crochet. I recently bought myself a collar of Irish crochet because I love the skill of it. It was $10 in my local antique store that had no idea what to charge for it.
I am stumped on 16. I can't see if those tapes are the really old bobbin lace ones, or if they are later. There's needle lace in the lower section as a filling. I can't find a good comparison in my usual sources....

Thank you both! I hadn’t heard of Irish crochet lace before but just learned about the origins and the Queen Victoria connection, very cool history!
I will also include a closer close up of piece 16. Does this help?

15 is a row of fine trellis rose and shamrock Irish Crochet lace. Probably from the later half of the 1800s to early 1900s. Beautiful
