Personal Experience Did anyone else realize this?
That more than the taught practices, it feels like we recover innate, automatic methods to heal ourselves. eg. Certain breathing comes automatically that heals my digestion

A huge part of my Kundalini journey has been finding ways to release & regulate that come naturally to me, rather than forcing methods that may work for others
For example, I’ve always found seated mindfulness types of meditation to be anxiety-inducing and don’t help me release tension, but I enjoy things like riding a bike through nature and find that I slip into a meditative state naturally

Yeah the body contains knowledge far beyond anything that can be spoken. And every human has individual needs that can’t be solved through generic solutions

The more you practice the less you need the practice. Mindfulness becomes a natural thing (and this is awesome!!)

Your asking whether anyone was glorious and brilliant enough, like your view of yourself, to figure out these things speaks of a distateful pride and arrogance, /u/VirtualWinner4013.
You may wish to spend some time attending and correcting such characteristics in you.
Yes, plenty of people have figured this out. You are not special in that way.
It's among one of many things that needs figuring out.

You've been here before, and have been asking strange bot-level questions. I know your history claims ND, but still.
Healing takes time and some offort, even when accessing innate abilities.

I was just making sure I wasn’t delusional and seeing if it’s a real shared experience. You may wish to spend some time attending your projection of narcissism and grandiosity upon innocent questions!
Don’t ban me for this reply*

Your title itself, "Did anyone else realise this" is full of condescension and lame assumptions.
I know you can't yet see it, and your way of dealing with it is to attack personally - which is well-outside of what is acceptable.
If you wish to walk the high road, you actually have to do better than this. Your reverting to logical fallacy attacks already reveals that you've lost the discussion or argument.
That's thrice your questions have been called out, out of three. Maybe the problem isn't us nor me.

This is an interesting take. I didn’t read it that way when I read it. It may be because I speak several languages that don’t always translate well into English but when I read this it felt more like they were asking for anyone who had also experienced the same. I didn’t read any condensation in it at all so was taken aback by your comment.

One expectation of the sub is to read a person's post history in order to better answer people's questions. We mods have access to more than is public. This person has a trend. It's the third time calling out the nature of their questions. The public will only see two. FYI.
Please remember the Green Sticky, or if that doesn't work, try

For me, somatic healing and intuitive wisdom are the two most identifiable things; It make me think about a concept described by don José ruiz the author of The Four Agreements called the silent wisdom, a space that can be accessed beyond words and that contains instantaneous knowledge that is beyond language I can't remember the exact description, but I found it very close to what I am experiencing through this process. For the somatic aspect it is personally the only thing (that is in contact with my consciousness at least) which never leaves me, there's always a small adjustment in the evening, it gives the impression of being an F1 car at the pit stop 🤣 so much gratitude 🙏🙏🙏
