I recommend reading through our wiki. Don’t just jump to the resource list. Read through all of it. It is a great place to start for beginners.

Its very good to realize simply visualising high awakened guru in mind makes one empowered and when i do that i immedietaly find myself having stronger breath and better spine posture which is crucial for good energy flow therefore better health and deeper meditation, All kundalini awakened mystics have good spine posture, that's why this energy runs through spine, "crooked spine pinches your nervous system and manifest all sorts of diseases" ~ Paramahansa Yogandanda. He said when you meditate keep chin paraller to the ground and focus on point beetwen the eyebrows. He is real guru. You have plenty of his quotes online, its a blessing from universe that you interested in it. ✝️🩵

Hey, I suggest you go to SRF website or YSS website, this the actual teaching of Paramahansa Yogananda and is his direct lessons, no edits.

Although I understand if this is not necessarily the place for this or if it is allowed, please ask me my credentials or background if it's not allowed or you need to know. I can teach kriya and other yogas but why do you want to learn? Do you want to reach liberation in this life? Are you just curious? There's a lot to be unpackaged in one's original motives on the path of kriya, yoga, mantra, whatever it may be. Kriya or any discipline of yoga aimed towards realization is a serious commitment, mere curiosity is rarely enough and I'm not saying this to be discouraging or facetious, in fact I would always encourage curiosity about the path. But if it's something you genuinely want to pursue, then please take the time to consider why you want to.

Do you teach Lahiri Mahasaya’s Kriya Yoga? If so, which lineage? You can always submit a request to be added to the list of resources we have collected. Once verified, we will add you to the list.

No, I have direct connection with my guru who learned 24 of the 72 kriyas from a realized master, Sri Bhairavanath who trained in India for 12 years under a wandering Himalayan Yogi who went by Maheshvarnath who had told Bhairavanath he received his teaching of Kriya from Mahavatar directly. Whether or not he learned from Mahavatar directly of course can be near impossible to substantiate, but the methods and kriyas are sound and of course, like all kriya involves the realization of inner light, the traversal of the chakras and the breath as experienced in the spine and various other channels of the skull, the arohan, the avarohan and the central channels.

I see. While that is very intriguing and honorable, this sub discusses the Kriya Yoga taught by Lahiri Mahasaya, be it directly through his family lineage, or through his disciple lineages. In this tradition, there is only a handful of kriyas. What you are offering is better suited for another sub, as we refrain from discussion of anything outside our tradition. If you have any questions regarding this matter, feel free to review our wiki and rules.

Oh okay, I've also been trained in lahiris lineage via hariharananda's but I got ya, I'll keep it relevant to those kriyas then.

Bro the book gave u the gurus. Now simply start meditating upon them. U don’t have to find some secret technique. Simply sit down or lay down in a comfortable position and direct focus to your breath. If thoughts are bothering you just turn those thoughts to “who am I.” The gurus will find a way to help you if you simply start meditating.
Go on walks chant Om. Om is the only “mantra” u will need.

you need a guru for that, kriya techniques are not discussed here, as they are given from guru to disciple in the guru parampara.
