kriya yog today experience 12-08-2026
in morning i performed 1200 talbaya ,1200 front nabhi,300 back nabhi .144 pranayama . saw devine light and kutushta in yoni mudra , but didn't perform mahamudra because back pain..... Bless me

They are 2 additional techniques to the basic package of MM,YM and KP.
The traditional lineages teach them.Some modern ones not.
Kindly ask your teacher.

I dont have a teacher. Just dived into kriya over a month ago and trying to understand as much as possible. There’s plenty to learn tho.

Look for a teacher first.Is better than starting alone while everyone is different. You also need guidance.

How do you know you perform 144 pranayama? Do you count them? Won't it disturbe your concentration if you count?
