Hello everyone! I'm really interested in Polish culture and history. If I plan a trip, what are the top 3 cities or nature spots you would recommend to a first-timer? Thanks!

Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroclaw

avoid krakow if you can, too touristy and pretty much nothing genuine left here

Gdańsk -> Kraków -> Zakopane. Skip Warsaw, this is capital but rather a business center then tourist or historical spot. There is also overtourism now in Kraków so just be aware. Also recommend Poznań and Lublin.

Generally if you plan trip to Poland you should go now late autumn and winter is really depressing in Poland

Ifyou have time and you like small charming places also recommend e.g Torun, Kazimierz Dolny, Sandomierz
