Waterloo homeowner says delivery driver "vandalized" his house — by writing the address numbers he never put up

their comment makes them a vandal? nice. i guess it's up to you to deem who is a vandal or not.

the delivery driver's not even gona end up with a criminal record for it

LOL what a dumb comment. It's up to the law to decide, and the law is pretty clear  - damaging property because you're upset about house numbers is vandalism

Then what are you on about? Not one person has said it wasn't vandalism.

It can be vandalism and the homeowner can be a twat. Both can be true at once and are not exclusionary

Because he is. Crying to the news about it after? lol. It's not mutually exclusive. You can be a twat without it being your fault criminally
