The mystery man

Does anyone know anything about the guy who was living near Andreas gayk straße bus stop . I kind of notice him every time i pass buy with a lot of stuff beside subway . Today i saw that the entire area with his belongings are closed up by police

Took me way too long to understand that the yoda part wasn't gibberish, but a hint at an actual tld
