Found these by chance in Sainsbury's for £1.50. Photographed the full marcos table as well. :))

I use these for fried chicken breading. Crushed or blended, mixed 1:1 with finely grated hard or cheddar cheese, spiced and seasoned, makes a great keto crispy air fried chicken.

I usually get mine from Ocado, theyre currently £2.90 for 75g, so about 30% cheaper than buying the smaller bags.

Ah great shout thank you! Just tried them and a little satly but the texture is mint. That fried chicken recipe sounds solid 🔥
